Who is our customer?
«PUMPTECH» is the largest supplier and engineering and service center specializing in the production of pumping units and service provision of pumping and process equipment on the territory of the Republic of Belarus with a 10-year history. The holding has a large number of service partners (Grundfos, KSB, Argal, etc.), working throughout the CIS. Today, the holding «PUMPTECH» includes 7 companies.
The track record of the PUMPTECH company includes not only the sale of pumping units and stations, but also integrated solutions for the oil and gas, food, agricultural, light industries, as well as departments of communal and household support for the population.
Tasks before us
First task. Go to the image campaign on the Belarusian and European market of industrial equipment. Consolidate those positions that the company has already taken over 10 years of existence and take new ones. PUMPTECH has an impressive portfolio of global brands — it needed to be presented on the site in all its glory. A distinctive feature is the service offerings and services that we also had to demonstrate to users.
Second task. Communication with target visitors: current and potential dealers and buyers. Any task of the user should be solved easily — whether it is searching for products, viewing the services provided, or studying service documentation.
Third task. Scaling with an eye on E-commerce. The holding plans to turn individual sections of the site into an online store of its own pumping stations in the future — therefore, already now it was necessary to develop a technological catalog with a pre-built functionality for buying and selling online.
