Software package «InspectCom»
Intro
The mobile application was developed to monitor the activity of monitoring commissions, monitor the dynamics of changes in categories of citizens, as well as use by village councils — entering data, and using it by frequency of inspections (displaying by months which groups were most or least visited and require increased attention from inspection departments ).
In short, the application allows, on the basis of the received (entered) data, to display statistics on the region among various social groups of the population, including asocial ones, with subsequent analytics and forecasts for the coming periods of statistical parameters by departments, such as the police department, OblGAZ, Ministry of Emergency Situations, etc. .d. The application helps to achieve certain results in monitoring and stabilizing critical zones (the most dangerous, or requiring increased attention) both from the executive bodies and from the inspection commissions.
We concretize:
Mobile applications are not always simple and concise. They are created to solve complex user tasks and contain many screens and scripts. For example, applications for conducting questionnaires and surveys are everywhere where many forms must be filled out during use. For the «Brest Regional Executive Committee» the task was, together with CJSC «BNTP», to develop an application that, in particular, was supposed to solve these problems, and also become a convenient and multifunctional tool for a wide range of users among the review commissions.
The application was created to monitor the activity of village councils, to monitor the dynamics of changes in situations for certain, asocial categories of citizens. Inspection departments fill out questionnaire forms in the application with the data of citizens, as of the date of the actual inspection of the home ownership: address, state of the home ownership, information about the residents and their lifestyle, fire and social safety criteria, etc. Each form has its own parametric sections, cells and structure, and each item of the questionnaire requires a unique data type (string, date, attached document, photo registration, etc.), which later, one way or another, needs to be processed and get a complete picture of the region, districts and village councils.
A convenient and informative application interface allows you to create both unique questionnaires for households and residents, as well as view / edit / delete existing questionnaires for the viewing commissions of the region.
In order to avoid many hours of manual work on filling out paper documentation, it was decided to use modern technologies and develop a full-fledged online service for the work of review commissions with all the necessary tools for this.
Application Presentation
«Monitoring and evaluation» — a full-fledged automated service for tracking area statistics
The «Monitoring» section was developed for departments that check and collect general statistics, using the example of tax services, housing and communal services, etc., in particular, the Regional Executive Committee of the Brest Region, thanks to which information about the regions and their social actors should be properly processed in real time and display the actual assessment report for the area.
This part of the application involves: storage and analysis of data, notifications of changes in statistics, dynamics of the situation of subjects in real time in the form of graphs, statistics in numbers, summaries and recommendations for the regional, district leadership and village councils, in particular.
Monitoring is very important for modern applications, modern applications are by their nature highly distributed and have different dependencies, such as database, services, caching and much more, in connection with which, we were faced with an ambiguous and multi-purpose, difficult task with which we are ready have been coping!
Charts are permanently linked to the data they are based on and update automatically when the source data changes.

Testing
Mobile Application Testing – allows you to provide better software and helps the application to be successful by testing its functionality, usability and consistency, thereby expanding the user base.
Manual testing was carried out during raids by Brest rescuers. This approach is user-centric and focuses on exploratory ways to monitor whether a mobile application meets the user’s requirements and expectations. The app has been reviewed for appearance and usability.
At one of the joint stages of testing, together with the review committee, the director of ENCOR STUDIO LLC and the head of the design department, there were journalists from two newspapers who wrote an article about a scheduled inspection and an interview in which we reviewed the application at the early stages of testing.
